Paula Snokhous PA-C
Paula Snokhous, PA-C, is a compassionate and patient-centered provider specializing in functional and regenerative medicine. With a strong foundation in both traditional and integrative healthcare, Paula focuses on optimizing health through advanced therapies such as peptide protocols, hormone balancing, and personalized wellness plans.
Coming from a long line of medical professionals, Paula’s passion for healing runs deep. Her grandmother was a dedicated midwife, her father a respected physician, and her mother a registered nurse. This legacy of care inspired Paula to pursue a career in medicine and continues to shape her holistic, whole-person approach to patient care.
A proud resident of West, Texas, and graduate of West High School, Paula is deeply connected to the community she serves. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Texas Christian University (TCU), followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Dakota (UND), where she received comprehensive clinical training across a broad range of medical specialties. She is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with experience in family medicine, internal medicine, and preventive care.
At The Alternative Touch, Paula blends evidence-based practices with innovative regenerative treatments to help patients address the root causes of illness and achieve whole-body wellness. She is known for her attentive listening, thorough assessments, and commitment to empowering patients throughout their health journeys.

After graduating from Connally ISD, I decided to pursue my love for skincare by attending Champions Academy of Esthetics, where I honed my skills in both skincare knowledge and advanced treatments.
I specialize in a wide range of advanced procedures and skincare services, including micro-needling, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and more.
My approach is always personalized and results-driven, ensuring that every client receives a treatment plan tailored to their individual skin needs. I focus on enhancing natural beauty while promoting long-term skin health.
